Konut fiyatlar\u0131nda ve kira bedellerinde 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda ciddi art\u0131\u015flar olabilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Gayrimenkul Pazarlama ve Sat\u0131\u015f Profesyonelleri Derne\u011fi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail \u00d6ZCAN, yeni (s\u0131f\u0131r) konutlar\u0131n \u00fcretilmesinin ve pazara sunulmas\u0131n\u0131n \u015fart oldu\u011funu, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r gayrimenkul geli\u015ftirme firmalar\u0131n\u0131n konut \u00fcretmeye te\u015fvik edilmesi gerekti<\/strong><strong>\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.&nbsp;<\/strong>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Haziran ay\u0131nda kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 cazip konut kredisi kampanyalar\u0131yla nefes alan ve stoklar\u0131n\u0131 eritme y\u00f6n\u00fcnde kazan\u0131mlar elde eden gayrimenkul geli\u015ftirme firmalar\u0131nca sat\u0131lan yeni ( s\u0131f\u0131r) &nbsp;konutlar\u0131n, toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 olduk\u00e7a azald\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu\u2019nun (T\u00dc\u0130K), yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131na ait konut sat\u0131\u015f verilerine g\u00f6re, Ocak-Kas\u0131m 2020 d\u00f6neminde, yeni (s\u0131f\u0131r) konutlar, 432.842 adetlik sat\u0131\u015fla, toplam konut sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7inde %31,1\u2019lik bir paya sahip oldu. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6neminde bu oran %38 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti.&nbsp;Eyl\u00fcl 2019-Eyl\u00fcl 2020 d\u00f6neminde T.C. Merkez Bankas\u0131 konut endeksine g\u00f6re fiyat art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n %27,3 olu\u011funu an\u0131msatan<strong>&nbsp;Gayrimenkul Pazarlama ve Sat\u0131\u015f Profesyonelleri Derne\u011fi<\/strong><strong>(GAPAS<\/strong>)<strong>&nbsp;Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u0130smail \u00d6ZCAN<\/strong>, hem kamu bankalar\u0131n\u0131n uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kampanya bitimi sonras\u0131nda yeniden y\u00fckselen kredi faizlerinin, hem de g\u00f6zlenen fiyat art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, t\u00fcketiciyi yeni konutlardan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.
